All authors are responsible for recognizing and disclosing any actual or potential conflict of interest including any financial, personal or other relationships with other people or organizations that could be perceived to bias their work. All funding sources must be given in the acknowledgements section.

Reviewers also need to acknowledge a potential conflict of interest before committing to review a submission.
